Your contract with GoEliteClub is premised on the booking conditions, our privacy policy, the channel you booked your tour through our website, as well as any written information provided to you ahead of your booking confirmation. 

Your contract with Goeliteclub is based on these booking conditions, our privacy policy, and where you have booked your tour via our website, along with any other written information brought to your attention before your booking was confirmed.

 

Make sure you read through all the information thoroughly as they outline your rights and obligations. Please keep in mind that references to “you” and “your” include the main person who booked the trip as well as the other individuals included in the booking. 

By finalizing a booking, you agree on behalf of yourself and all other persons listed in the book that:

- You have read these booking conditions and agree to be bound by the terms mentioned

- You consent to the use of personal data in accordance to our privacy policy and are authorized on behalf of all other members in the booking to share their personal information with us. 

- You are over the age of 18 and all other members of your party adhere to the appropriate age restrictions

- You accept full financial responsibility for the payment of the booking on behalf of all other persons in the booking

- You have read and reviewed the itinerary and invoices in full before confirming your reservation with payment and are satisfied with the information and find it appropriate for all members of the booking pertaining to their fitness level and medical conditions. 

 

 

1. Booking Policy and Required Payment:

A minimum 10% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance may be paid in installments, credit or debit card or cash upon arrival. 

 

1.1 Credit Card Payments and PayPal

Due to banking regulations, there are a set of required documents (a signed letter authorizing us to withdraw the pre-determined amount from your credit or debit card). The letter can be sent by email, fax or delivered in person to your tour manager upon arrival. 

 

1.2 Payment Plan

We offer a flexible payment plan where you can pay the remainder of your balance in installments or with cash, credit or debit card upon arrival.

 

2. Amendments:

Should you need to make any amendments after confirming your itinerary, please be aware that these modifications are not guaranteed and subject to availability but we always do our best to accommodate your request. We do not charge extra fees for amendments unless in the case of a flight ticket modification where the fees are external from the aviation companies. 

 

3. Cancellation Policy:

 

3.1 Force Majeure Clause:

We are cognizant of the special circumstances that arise in the time of the COVID-19 pandemic, so we have implemented a flexible cancellation policy in the case of a travel warning issued by authorities or airlines. Clients can choose between a full refund or leave it as credit for future trips with a validity of one year. 

 

3.2 Should you need to cancel your trip for any reason, we require written confirmation by email or fax. Charges are applicable depending on the time of the cancellation request. Check below:

• 10% of the tour price is charged if cancellation is requested from the date of booking until 61 days prior to your arrival date

• 25% of the tour price is charged if cancellation is requested between 60-31 days prior to your arrival date.

• 50% of the tour price is charged if cancellation is requested between 30-15 days prior to your arrival date.

• 100% of the tour price is charged if cancellation is requested between 14-1 day(s) prior to your arrival date.

 

ATTENTION: The charges above do not apply in peak season including Christmas, New Year, and Easter time. For cancellation during this time, please check with your tour representative as our policies differ. 

 

ATTENTION: Flight tickets. Cancellation terms vary from airline to airline. Read your airline cancellation policy prior to booking your tickets.

 

4. Refunds:

Any refund will be processed only through the original payment method used. If payments were done via a bank account, the refund will be transferred back to the same bank account. Refunds are not applicable in case of a no-show.

 

 

5. Accommodation Details:

Standard accommodation prices are based on twin shared rooms.
