Itinerary

    Day 1: Arrival Cairo - Welcome to the land of the Pharaoh’s

    Welcome to Egypt! Touch down in Cairo International Airport before being escorted to your hotel by a private deluxe vehicle. At your hotel, your tour manager will help you check-in and go over all the pick-up times for your tours. Overnight in Cairo and get ready for the new adventure.

    Day 2:Pyramids Tour

    After enjoying a wholesome breakfast at your hotel, your personal tour guide will escort you to the iconic Giza Plateau where you’ll begin your grand journey, basking in the grandeur of one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Great Pyramids of Giza. Go for a stroll or perhaps enjoy a camel ride to the Sphinx and Valley Temple. After your visit to the Pyramids, go for lunch at an authentic Egyptian restaurant and then head over to Sakkara where you will visit the Sakkara Complex and the Djoser Pyramid, the first pyramid ever built in Egypt. Back to your hotel and overnight.

    Day 3:Cairo Sightseeing

    Breakfast at the hotel in Cairo and then you will be escorted by your private tour guide to visit: Egyptian Museum, Treasures room for the child king Tutankhamen, alongside many other fascinating artifacts.

    Additional visit to the mummies room at the museum (extra ticket on spot). Lunch will be served at a local restaurant in Cairo, then moving to visit Saladin Citadel including Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque inside. Continue to Coptic Cairo to visit the Hanging Church and Ben Ezra Synagogue. Continue driving to Islamic Cairo, where you will be able to explore Khan El Khalili, Cairo’s old bazaar. Back to hotel and overnight in Cairo.

    After enjoying another delicious breakfast at your hotel, get ready for another day of adventure in Cairo. Head over to the Egyptian Museum tucked in the heart of historic Downtown Cairo, framed by the famous Tahrir Square. Move on to visit the grand Saladin Citadel including Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque and then continue to the nearby Coptic Cairo to visit the Hanging Church and Ben Ezra Synagogue. Head over to Islamic Cairo to explore even more treasures at the striking Khan El Khalili—one of the world’s oldest still-functioning medieval bazaars.

    Day 4: Alexandria day Tour from Cairo by Car

    Pick up from your hotel and then take a private transfer to Alexandria for a day full of fun and adventure. First head to Pompay’s Pillar constructed in the honor of Emperor Diocletian in the 4th century. The magnificent sculpture is originally from the Temple of Serapis. After, you’ll get a chance to visit the largest Roman Cemetery, the Catacombs. Made entirely of rock, this massive site cannot be missed. Lunch at a local restaurant in Alexandria, and then head over to the Qaitbay Citadel built on the site of the ancient pharaohs (lighthouse) of Alexandria. Finally, conclude the day with a visit to the famous Bibliotheca Alexandrina. Transfer back to Cairo and overnight in hotel.

    Day 5:Fly Cairo to Luxor - Luxor Tour

    Check out from your hotel in Cairo in the early morning and catch a flight to Luxor. There you will visit the Ramesseum Temple—the enormous mortuary temple built by Ramesses II himself. Marvel at the king’s massive, 62-foot (19-mt) memorial statue to an array of detailed reliefs depicting battles and festival scenes.

    Continue to the Temple of Medinat Habu for your second stop and unravel the ancient mysteries of the royal palace, temples, and of wall carvings with memorial scenes of Ramesses III’s defeat of the Sea Peoples. After your visit to the Temple of Medinat Habu, trek over to the Valley of the Nobles, a massive collection of tombs that is widely underrated. Absorb scenes of the owners’ day-to-day lives, as well as illustrations of the afterlife. Transfer to your hotel in Luxor and overnight.

    Day 6:Tour to Dendera and Abydos Temples

    Enjoy breakfast at your hotel in Luxor before being picked up to explore the underrated and sadly overlooked wonders of Dendera and Abydos. First, head over to Abydos where it is believed by the ancient Egyptians that the lord of the underworld was buried there. The Temple of Seti I located in Sohag was built by King Seti I, and finished by King Ramsess II. The wall paintings on the Osiris Temple at Abydos are among the best preserved in all of Egypt. After a fruitful visit, head over to Dendera to visit the Temple of Hathor, the ancient Egyptian goddess of love and motherhood, just north of Luxor.

    Day 7:Embarkation - Nile Cruise Tour

    Check out from your hotel and get ready for a Nile Cruise adventure. Check-in on your cruise, enjoy your first lunch on board before heading out to visit the famed Karnak and Luxor Temple, teeming with ancient Egyptian relics and thousands of years of history. Head back to the cruise for dinner and overnight.

    Day 8:Luxor Nile Cruise Excursions

    Enjoy your first breakfast on board framed by the calm atmospheric surroundings of the Nile. After breakfast, head out to the West Bank of Luxor to explore the Royal Cemetery for 62 Pharaohs, the Valley of the Kings before heading over to the Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, built in the New Kingdom era at Deir El-Bahari. Conclude the day marveling at the grandiose Colossi of Memnon. After your visits to the West Bank, head back to your cruise and begin sailing while indulging in an exquisite lunch on board. After lunch, relax onboard and enjoy dinner as you sail over gently to Edfu.

    Day 9:Edfu and Kom Ombo Temples

    Enjoy another delicious breakfast on board while sailing to your next stop, Edfu. Upon arrival, head out to visit Edfu Temple, one of the best-preserved temples of the Greco Roman era, that of Horus at Edfu, and the two beautiful granite statues of the falcon god Horus towering over the entrance as you walk in. Have your lunch on board as you continue sailing to Aswan. Dinner and overnight on board.

    Day 10:Aswan Nile Cruise Tours

    After an early breakfast, enjoy the day sightseeing in Aswan. Begin with the famous High Dam and the world’s largest ancient obelisk perched atop the stone quarries of ancient Egypt, the Unfinished Obelisk. Next, head to the breathtaking Temple of Philae, overlooking the Nile. This beautiful temple is dedicated to two of the most important ancient Egyptian goddesses Isis and Hathor. Dinner and overnight aboard your lovely Nile cruise.

    Day 11:Disembark in Aswan - Visit Abu Simbel by flight

    Have a yummy breakfast on board and check out from your Nile cruise for your next adventure. Hop on a quick business flight to Abu Simbel to visit the famous sun temple of Ramsess II and the Temple of Queen Nefertari. Built by Ramses II, the two temples of Abu Simbel are considered masterpieces emblematic of Ancient Egypt’s glory and grandeur. With the flooding of the Nile due to the construction of the Aswan Dam, UNESCO cooperated with the Egyptian government to relocate the sacred temple after it was threatened by submersion. Abu Simbel is dedicated to the four universal gods Ptah, Re-Her-Akhtey, Amun-Re, and of course, Ramses II himself.

    Fly back to Cairo, transfer to your hotel, and overnight.

    Day 12:Goodbye Egypt – Welcome to Amman

    After getting your fill of all things Egypt, it’s time to head to Cairo international airport for your business flight to Jordan. Just like in Egypt, your tour manager will meet and assist you upon arrival at Amman International Airport. After, you will be transferred to your hotel by private vehicle. Check-in and coordinate with your guide concerning your next trip. Overnight in Amman.

    Day 13:Madaba, Nebo, Dead Sea Trip

    After a yummy breakfast, visit a wealth of Roman Ruins including Madaba, where you will see the iconic 4th-century Byzantine mosaic map of Israel inside the Greek Orthodox Church of St. George. After, transfer to Mt. Nebo, where Moses had gazed at the Promised Land and is believed to be buried there. Head over to the old monastery, overlook the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and swaths of the Holy Land.

    After, we will head to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth and brimming with a range of minerals. These medicinal properties have turned the site into a health spa-like hotspot. The mineral concentration in the mud is so high it is often used for therapeutic and beauty treatments. Queen Cleopatra and Sheba were known to come to the site for their healing properties. Be sure to prepare for a relaxing swim and a rejuvenating experience in the mud. After, we will drive to Amman and drop you off at your hotel.

    Day 14:Jerash, Ajloun, and Umm Qais Tour

    After breakfast, head over to Jerash, located in the foothills of the mountain of Gilead, the remnants of the Roman Empire. One of the largest and sites of Roman architecture outside of Italy, its magnificence manifests itself in the colonnaded street, Oval Plaza the Nymphaeum, and the Temple of Artemis. Move to the whimsical Ajloun Castle, built by Izz Al-Din Usama, one of Salah Al-Din's generals. We continue towards Umm Qais, the ruins of Greco-Roman ancient city, overlooking the Sea of Galilee and the Golan Heights. Head back to your hotel in Amman overnight.

    Day 15:Petra Tour

    After breakfast, you will finally tout Petra, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Petra was built around the 6th century B.C by the nomadic Nabateans, responsible for laying the foundations of a massive empire that extended up to Syria. Upon arrival, hop on horseback to the canyon, known by locals as Siq. Finish the rest of the journey on foot to reach the awe-inspiring Treasury. Other monuments include the Street of Facades, the Royal Tombs, and Pharaoh’s Castle. After the tour, we will drive back to your hotel in Amman hotel for overnight.

    Day 16:Final Departure

    On the last of your vacation, after breakfast you will check out at noon, and depending on the time of your flight, we will transfer you to Amman’s Queen Alia Airport for your departure.
